Ese Walter, who was involved in a sex scandal with Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Common Wealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA) Abuja chapter, in August 2013, has reflected back on the 'abuse' she went through at the hands of the clergyman, while also calling on 'victims' of such to come out with their stories.
She said she was pushed to 'silence' after the incident, stating that she's now ready to be the 'voice' for victims that have had their voices stolen.
In a series of posts on her Facebook page, she said, "They tell you to stop speaking. They encourage the silence.
But how do you silent a part of your life?
"For six years I was silent. I obeyed and played "good" girl. I was silent when they called me liar. I was silent because I didn't have the balls to stand up for myself. And the ones I leaned on abandoned me.
"I am speaking for the girl who has had her voice stolen. You can find your voice, sometimes through SILENCE. Let me be an example that you can stand on your own two feet. You can speak your truth even if NO ONE believes you."
